“Afspraak in Rio” is a Flemish documentary series produced by the production company De Chinezen, which was broadcast in the spring of 2015 on the Flemish television channel Eén.

Ten Belgian athletes and one Belgian team are followed in the run-up to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro: Pieter Timmers (swimmer), Hans Van Alphen (decathlete), Nafi Thiam (heptathlete), Jolien D’Hoore (cyclist), Dylan Borlée (400m runner), Ludo Phillipaerts (equestrian), Charline Van Snick (judoka), Bashir Abdi (long-distance runner), Laura Waem (gymnast), Lindsey De Grande (1500m runner), and the Yellow Tigers (national volleyball team).
